Makayla is a 2017 graduate of St. Francis Community High School in St. Francis, KS. After high school she attended Colby Community College in Colby, KS.
Makayla and her husband Luin moved to Bird City in April of 2022 to finally be closer to family and back in the rural part of Kansas they so love after living in Manhattan, KS for 3 years. As a young couple eager to start their new adventures together, they couldn’t be more excited to be back in such a great part of Kansas and to be a part of the community again.
Makayla is excited to be working with GNWKCF. She adores everything about Northwest Kansas, from talking with the hard-working people, to watching the younger generations grow up enjoying the same things she got to partake in when she was younger and is excited to strengthen her relationships with the people she has known forever. Makayla cannot wait to serve this awesome community.
